We collect what we need to make Rivr work. We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on your data. We don't show you ads. Your business information is yours. Period.
Who We Are
Rivr is operated by Many Rivrs LLC (“Rivr,” “we,” “us,” “our”), based in Washington, D.C. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website (manyrivrs.com) and our application (the “Service”).
What We Collect
Information You Provide
Account information: Name, email address, and Google account details when you sign up
Voice recordings: Audio captured through the Rivr voice feature, which is transcribed and processed to create contacts, tasks, drafts, and deals
Business data: Contacts, interactions, deals, tasks, content drafts, and other business information you create through the Service
Payment information: Billing details processed through Stripe. We never store your credit card number directly.
Communications: Messages you send to our support or sales teams
Information Collected Automatically
Usage data: How you interact with the Service, feature usage, and workflow execution logs
Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
Log data: IP address, access times, and pages viewed
Information From Third Parties
Google: When you connect Gmail and Google Calendar, we access email metadata, calendar events, and attendee information as authorized by you through OAuth
Apollo.io: When we enrich a contact, we receive professional profile data (name, title, company, LinkedIn URL) from Apollo’s database
Stripe: Payment status and subscription information
How We Use Your Information
To provide the Service: Processing voice notes, creating contacts, drafting emails, managing your pipeline, and running workflows
To improve the Service: Understanding how features are used to make Rivr better
To communicate with you: Responding to support requests, sending service updates, and account notifications
To process payments: Managing your subscription through Stripe
To ensure security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
We Do NOT Use Your Information To:
Train AI models on your business data
Sell or rent your personal information to third parties
Display advertisements
Build profiles for advertising purposes
Share your data with data brokers
How AI Processing Works
Rivr uses third-party AI services to process your voice notes and generate content:
Deepgram transcribes your audio recordings into text
Anthropic (Claude) processes transcriptions to extract entities, classify intent, and generate drafts
Apollo.io enriches contact profiles with publicly available professional data
Your data is sent to these services for real-time processing only. We do not permit these providers to retain, train on, or redistribute your data beyond what is necessary to provide their service.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a dedicated Supabase PostgreSQL database with row-level security (RLS). Each user can only access their own data.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with Google OAuth
Voice recordings are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls
We use Sentry for error monitoring, which may receive anonymized technical data
Data Retention
Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active
Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law
Voice recordings: Audio files are retained for 90 days after processing, then automatically deleted. Transcriptions and extracted data remain as part of your interaction history.
Workflow logs: Execution logs are retained for 12 months for transparency and debugging
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your data at any time through the Service or by contacting us
Export your data in standard formats
Delete your account and all associated data
Disconnect third-party integrations (Gmail, Calendar) at any time
Opt out of non-essential communications

Rivr is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
