Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rivr, operated by Many Rivrs LLC (“Rivr,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Rivr.
The Service
Rivr is a business automation platform that uses voice capture, artificial intelligence, and third-party integrations to help you manage contacts, relationships, communications, and business operations. The Service includes the web application, API, and all related features.
Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One person or legal entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted on Starter and Growth plans.
Your Data
You own your data.
All contacts, interactions, voice recordings, drafts, deals, tasks, and other content you create through Rivr belongs to you.
We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your content. We access and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data as necessary to operate the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service beyond your own account
Use the Service in a way that infringes on the rights of others
Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
AI-Generated Content
Rivr uses artificial intelligence to generate email drafts, content, proposals, and other written material.
AI content is a draft. All AI-generated content is presented for your review before any action is taken. Rivr does not send emails, publish content, or execute actions without your approval unless you explicitly configure automated workflows.
Accuracy is not guaranteed. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before use.
You own AI-generated content. Drafts, proposals, and other content generated by Rivr based on your data belong to you.
Third-Party Integrations
Rivr connects to third-party services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Apollo, Stripe, etc.) through secure OAuth and API connections.
You authorize these connections voluntarily
You can disconnect any integration at any time through Settings
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
If a third-party service changes or discontinues their API, affected Rivr features may be impacted
Payment Terms
Subscriptions
Rivr offers monthly and annual subscription plans
Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days’ notice
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Free Trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial
No credit card is required for the trial
At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service
Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe
You agree to provide accurate billing information
Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings or by contacting us
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds for partial billing periods
Upon cancellation, you retain access to your data for 30 days. After that, data is permanently deleted.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of a paid subscription
Refund requests after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis

Usage Limits
Usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle
We provide warnings at 80% and 95% of your limits
Exceeding limits may result in queued processing or temporary feature restrictions
We will never delete your data due to usage limits
Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service outages, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control
Intellectual Property
The Rivr name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Many Rivrs LLC
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Rivr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times
We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content, contact enrichment data, or third-party information
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Many Rivrs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you create, send, or publish using the Service
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, D.C. under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Your payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period
Required by law
Upon termination:
Your access to the Service will be revoked
Your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you can request an export
After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
